2. Services

PETME provides pet care services including grooming, boarding, training, social therapy, day care, mobile grooming, and pet adoption across multiple locations in Dubai, UAE. Service availability, pricing, and specifications are subject to change without prior notice.

3. Bookings and Appointments

  • Bookings are subject to availability and are confirmed only upon receipt of confirmation from PETME.
  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled appointment to avoid a cancellation fee.
  • PETME reserves the right to refuse service to pets with untreated health conditions or aggressive behaviour that poses a risk to staff or other animals.

4. Pet Health and Vaccination Requirements

For boarding and daycare services, all pets must be up to date on core vaccinations. PETME reserves the right to request proof of vaccination before providing services. PETME is not liable for illness caused by pre-existing conditions or conditions contracted outside of our premises.

5. Liability

PETME takes every reasonable precaution to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pets in our care. However, PETME shall not be held liable for:

  • Injury, illness, or death arising from pre-existing medical conditions
  • Incidents occurring despite reasonable care being taken
  • Loss or damage to personal items left with pets during services

In all cases, our liability shall be limited to the cost of the service provided.
